I coach High School Discus and Shot Put. I have been using these tips on about 30 of our 1st year throwers. This would be a difficult book for a non-thrower to use as a teaching tool. Many of the moves are shown as videos, which certainly helps articulate the point. If I were to recommend improvements, I would say to add some drills on holding the implements as well as additional material on weight training.More of an book to be used as a refresher.

I expected more out of this book. It did not give as much information as I was hoping for. It did come in due time and great condition.
